Keepsake ("we", "our", "the app") helps people remember and celebrate birthdays and anniversaries within private groups. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We use this to create your identity record in Keepsake and to let group members recognise you. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Group and celebration data
Information you add — group names, celebration dates, photos, and wishes you write — is stored so it can be shown to other members of the same group. Wishes marked "Private" are only visible to the celebrated person and their group admin.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your information with third parties beyond what's needed to run the app (such as our hosting and database providers, Vercel and Supabase).
Your data
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
