By using Keepsake, you agree to the following terms.
What Keepsake is
Keepsake is a platform for remembering and celebrating birthdays and anniversaries within private groups you create or join.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you add (names, dates, photos, wishes), and for only inviting people to groups you have the right to invite. Please don't use Keepsake to harass, impersonate, or share content about someone without their consent.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the photos and messages you upload. By adding them to a group, you're giving other members of that group permission to view them.
No warranty
Keepsake is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running reliably, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Changes
We may update these terms as Keepsake evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
